How do I book?
Everything runs through Instagram. Send a DM to @spinluxnyc with your date, pickup location, destination, party size and what you're planning. We'll confirm availability and send your exact quote — then an $80 deposit locks it in.
How does the deposit work?
An $80 deposit reserves your date and time slot. Send it via Zelle (spinluxnyc@gmail.com), Cash App or Apple Pay. The deposit comes off your total — the remaining balance is due when the truck arrives.
How many people fit in the truck?
Each truck seats 6 people, including the front passenger seat. Have a bigger crew? Book a second truck — each one is priced separately — and everyone rides in style.
What's the difference between hourly and pickup & drop-off?
Hourly ($80/hr, 3-hour minimum) keeps the truck and chauffeur with you for the whole booking — unlimited stops, total flexibility. Pickup & drop-off ($180 per trip) is a single ride from point A to point B within our local 35-mile service area. Going out and coming home later? That's two trips, each charged separately.
What's the Content Package?
Our Content Package is $350 flat: one hour with the truck and two stops at different locations anywhere within Long Island and the NYC area, so you can get your photos and videos in. The one-hour limit covers both the truck and the photographer — our in-house professional photographer shoots for the entirety of that hour, whether you're riding in the truck between stops or posed at each stop for different scenery. Perfect for birthdays, nights out, events and special occasions. Book in advance — there's no last-minute guarantee on these bookings, so the earlier you lock in, the better.
Can I add roses to my booking?
Yes — our Long Stem Rose Services let you pre-order roses with your truck booking: 25 roses for $90, 36 for $130, 50 for $180, 75 for $250, and 100 for $320. Flower orders require full payment and are best ordered in advance — same-day orders add a $50 rush fee. Just mention the roses in your DM to @spinluxnyc when you book.
When does the out-of-state fee apply?
A $50 out-of-state fee applies when your pickup location or your destination is outside New York State. The one exception: trips to Newark Airport, MetLife Stadium and FanDuel are a $250 flat rate with no out-of-state fee added.
Is smoking allowed in the truck?
Yes — with the $100 smoker-friendly fee. It applies to hourly bookings and to every pickup & drop-off, so just mention it when you book and we'll have the truck ready.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in NYC. The standard $180 pickup & drop-off covers trips within our local 35-mile service area — all of Long Island, the five boroughs and NYC. Further out, it's $180 plus $4 for each mile beyond 35. Trips crossing from Long Island into the Bronx or Westchester add a $20 borough toll fee.
Can I book multiple trips in one night?
Absolutely — a ride to the party and a ride home after is one of our most common bookings. Just know each pickup & drop-off trip is charged separately, including its base rate and any fees that apply to that trip. Or go hourly and the truck is yours all night with unlimited stops.
